In-Person Lash Training Course Policies

To ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for all students, please read and understand the following policies before enrolling in our in-person lash training course:

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your place in the course.

The remaining balance must be paid in full the day before your scheduled training date.

Payment plans are available upon request and must be approved prior to booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so once with at least 7 day’s notice.

Any rescheduling request made with less than 7 day’s notice may incur an additional fee.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled training without notice will result in a full forfeit of your payment.

No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Course Inclusions

Your enrolment includes a professional lash kit, manual, certificate of completion, and access to ongoing support.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your kit to arrive if it is being delivered.

Model Requirements

You may be required to bring a model for the hands-on component of the training.

If you are unable to source a model, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to assist.

Arrival & Conduct

Please arrive on time, well rested, and ready to learn. Late arrivals may miss critical parts of the training.

Professional, respectful conduct is expected at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

Certification

A certificate of completion will be issued to students who demonstrate competency and complete the full training day.

Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

In exceptional circumstances, credit may be offered at the discretion of Lash Envy by Poppy.

Copyright & Course Materials

All training materials, manuals, techniques, and information shared during this course are the intellectual property of Lash Envy by Poppy and are protected by copyright.

By enrolling in this course, you agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or teach any part of the content without written permission. This includes sharing with others, using the content to run your own training, or posting exclusive material online.

Legal action may be taken against any individual found to be breaching this policy. We take the protection of our brand and educational content seriously to maintain the quality and integrity of our training.

Lash Envy by Poppy – Client Appointment Policy

To ensure the best experience for every client and to respect our time and yours, please take a moment to read and understand our lash appointment policies below:

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

This deposit goes toward your final service total.

Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.

We require at least 24 hours to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.

Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend two appointments without notice, we reserve the right to refuse future services.

Infills

Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks from your last appointment and require at least 40% of lashes remaining.

Anything beyond 3 weeks or less than 40% of lashes will be considered a full set.

Makeup & Eye Prep

Please arrive with clean lashes no mascara, makeup, or skincare products around the eye area.

A $10 lash cleanse fee may apply if a full cleanse is needed before your service.

Guests

For safety and focus, no additional guests are permitted at your appointment.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once a set is completed.

If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a fix if needed.

Allergies & Reactions

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities.

Lash Envy by Poppy is not liable for allergic reactions, but we will do our best to help you if a reaction occurs.
